New from Ikea (and so clever we’re surprised the company hadn’t thought of this before): the Lurvig collection of good-looking, affordable products for pets. (“Lurvig” means “shaggy” in Swedish.) Offerings for cats include a scratching post that wraps around a table leg, a washable litter pan, and a sleeping pod (with scratching surface) on legs. Let’s take a closer look at the offerings.

Above: The Pet Travel Bag is suitable for both cats and small dogs; it folds flat for storage, has windows on both the top and ends, and both ends open completely for easy retrieval of your pet; $24.99.
