Smart Buy: The Element Hanging Shelf by Magisso

Julie recently spotted some really great hanging shelves, new from Finnish brand Magisso. Part hanger, part shelf, they’re the perfect storage accessories for a stripped-down stand-alone coat rack, but you don’t need a clothes rail to use them; you could also simply hang one on a wall for a pop of graphic design.

The handmade wood shelves are currently available at Germany’s Ikarus stores, but starting this fall, they’ll also be sold at the MoMA Design Store.
