AmazonBasics launched in 2009, the private label (a first for the Seattle-based internet juggernaut) peddled batteries, power cords, and a few other electronics accessories. That was it. Today? For better or worse, AmazonBasics products number in the hundreds, and they include everything from mattresses to knife sets to bath towels. (One of the better parts is that its goods all come with a one-year limited warranty.)
