Object of Desire: An Exquisite Paper Towel Holder by Oji Masanori for Futagami

World’s most beautiful paper towel holder? We think so. Designed by Japanese artisan Oji Masanori (a master of the everyday utilitarian object), the holder is made of cast brass, with a wood rod to hold the towels in place. It will be available online soon; in the meantime you can find more information at Futagami, which produces and distributes Masanori products.

The paper holder is available in two sizes, one for larger American paper towels and one for smaller Japanese paper towels.
