Casa Helsinki: A Midcentury Guesthouse in Argentina

Casa Helsinki in Argentina

Lately we’ve noticed a new (or restored) trend toward European-style guesthouses, or rentals that fall somewhere between a rental app and boutique hotel.

Take Casa Helsinki, for example, the newly opened guesthouse in Córdoba, Argentina, with four furnished bedrooms for temporary and extended stay.  Founder Diego Sanchez created Casa Helsinki after he opened up his own home to international travelers and discovered his bent for hospitality. Here’s a look at the interiors—designed personally by Sanchez—where historic accents, midcentury design, and handmade pallet furniture all mingle.
